Product Compliance: Black Bull Machine suppressors are intended for use only in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Black Bull Machine will not be held liable for the misuse of any product sold by Black Bull Machine. Black Bull Machine reserves the right to refuse service.
Black Bull Machine products are intended for use by properly trained and qualified personnel. If you do not have proper training to operate any Black Bull Machine product, do not use product until receiving such training. Improper, criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, or neglect, may result in property damage, injury or death.
Product Suitability: Our suppressors are designed for specific firearms and calibers as indicated on our website. It is essential to ensure compatibility and suitability for each individual firearm before making a purchase. Under no circumstances can defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition be used with Black Bull Machine products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm quality, concentricity, and alignment of muzzle threads on the firearm host that a Black Bull Machine product is to be utilized on.
- Payment: National Firearms Act (NFA) products shall be paid in full when the order is placed. Non -NFA products shall be paid when the product ships when purchased with a credit card; otherwise the order must be pre-paid. Acceptable forms of payment: cash, personal check, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, USPS Postal Money Order and Cashier’s check. All checks may be held up to 10 days to verify funds. Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee.
Warranty and Liability: Black Bull Machine products are meticulously crafted and subjected to rigorous quality control standards. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, but we do not assume liability for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling or maintenance. Any alteration or disassembly of our products without prior written consent will void the warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage to the products and/or other firearms or products resulting in whole or in part from criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect. Any repairs to the product made necessary by these factors are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover additional taxes due to the BATFE if a suppressor is damaged beyond repair or if a part deemed non-replaceable by the BATFE is damaged beyond repair.
This expressed lifetime warranty is the only warranty on the product. This product is sold as is and has no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Shipping and Delivery: We strive to provide accurate and timely shipping of our products. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including NFA processing times for Form 3 transfer to your local FFL/SOT dealer, or Form 4 application time for purchase at the Black Bull Machine location. Any additional taxes, transfer fees or NFA tax stamp fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges: We stand behind the quality of our products. All sales of firearms and NFA products are final with no returns. For other products, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Black Bull Machine. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. We do not share or sell the personal information that we collect unless required by law or to aid in an ongoing investigation as requested by law enforcement. Personal information is retained in accordance with ATF laws, rules, and regulations as well as to maintain proper business records.
Indemnification: By using our website, you agree to indemnify and hold Black Bull Machine harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of our products.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Montana and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
By continuing to use our website and purchase our products, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
